Let's discover who has the best customer service in Griffith! Who will be crowned with the title of "Best Customer Service in Griffith"

Griffith Business Chamber together with The Area news are searching for a business who delivers outstanding customer service!

Members of the public have the chance to nominate a local business and/or a particular employee of that business who they believe have superior customer service and is worthy to win such a prestigious award!

How to Nominate a Business?
Tell us in 200 words or less why and give examples to validate your reason.  At the end of the nomination period, the top 15 businesses will be selected from the entries received and the public will again have the opportunity to vote for the business who has the best customer service.

Nominations Open:  Monday 13th May 2019, 9am
Nominations Close:  Sunday 23rd  June 2019, 5pm

Terms of Entry
-This is a nomination submitted by members of the public. All details are confidential and will not be shared with other nominated businesses.
-You can enter an individual from a business, but the business itself will win the award with the employee receiving recognition if successful.
-Entry is only available online and limited to 1 x IP address.
-There will be no categories based on level of employed staff or industry based. Good Customer Service is an expectation no matter how many employee's or industry type.
-Feedback collected will be passed onto the top 15 finalists only for self evaluation after the awards.
-Winner will be announced at the Awards Night Saturday 20th July 2019.

How is the award Judged & 15 Finalists Chosen?
Members of the public nominate businesses. A confidential judging panel will assess entries and choose the top 15 finalists.
Nominations received are assessed based on quality, not necessarily based on quantity of nominations.  The top 15 finalists will be announced and members of the public will then have the chance to vote again from the 15 finalists chosen to decide the overall winner.
